Our wide range of high-quality teak wood furniture comes with warranties to facilitate the customers. We offer warranty for any kinds of manufacturing defects to ensure that customer is happy with the product. We deliver best products and offer limited time warranty against any damage that is proved to have happened during the manufacturing process.
Details about TeakCraftUS warranties:
- We don’t give warranty for the finish of teak wood furniture. As teak wood has a natural tendency to change into silver gray color over a period of time so, finish does not fall into the warranty criteria.
- Wood checking that is natural cracks in the wood are not warranted by us. They are not a part of the structural issues formed during manufacturing and therefore, not covered in the warranty.
- We do not offer warranty for normal wear and tear occurred due to use of the furniture over a period of time. Chipping, scratching due to use are not covered in the warranty.
TeakCraftUs is solely responsible for the return expense of any defective teak wood furniture returned. If the defect is from our end, we bear the expenses otherwise customer has to tolerate the return charges.
Package details for return:
- We request customers to keep the product packed in the original packing along with every piece of hardware. We won’t accept products without the original package. So, please be careful.
- Products without original packaging will be charged with 15% restocking fee.
- Pack the product carefully to avoid any further damage.
- Return will be accepted through UPS and FedEx services. If these services are not available in your area, contact our customer care team and discuss the scenario. We will help you out.
- Do not forget to attach a written doc stating the reason for return and details of your contact.
How to return the products?
The return will be acceptable only with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
You can obtain RA number by:

Or, through our website. For this, you need to Log in the TeakCraftUS account. Once you are logged in, go to “My Account” tab. From the list, you need to click the “Completed Orders” tab and select RA number from it.
Print the RA number on the shipping label and keep it within the package.
Estimated time for refund:
An estimated time of four weeks should be expected from the time of handing over the product to the return shipper. Nonetheless, in most cases, the refund would be made much faster than four weeks.
- It includes the 5 to 10 days of transit time
- 3 to 5 days of return processing
- 5 to 10 days for bank processing time
Customers would be notified through email after we process the refund from our office.
TeakCraftUS affirms that our teak wood furniture products are defect free and made with exceptional workmanship. In case of repairable defects, our team will work with you to fix the issue. It would be either repaired or replaced. We will bear the fixing as well as shipping cost of defective furniture. Customer would be solely responsible to assemble the products and dismantle for return or replacement. The warranty is offered only to the original purchaser, only on submitting the proof of purchase.
Warranty does not include the following:
- Impairment due to wrong assembly of the furniture
- Changes made to the furniture after purchase
- Damage due to rough usage, carelessness or accidents during the use
- Wear and tear due to regular use
- Damage due to bad weather conditions
- Furniture bought before 2004
Please make sure that the furniture is well-maintained as teak wood demands regular clean up. Do cleaning as per the environmental conditions. Experts recommend that furniture should go through two cycles of complete clean up routine, which includes washing with soap or teak cleaner, rinsing with water, complete drying and teak oil application. Follow this routine at least twice in a year.
